Cracked Covers

Most Life Fitness Silverline Cycles end up with cracked covers because people always stand in the middle. This cracks the plastic panels, eventually becoming a dangerous hole with sharp edges allowing sweat and muck into the internals. It costs over £130 to replace them plus labour-Life Fitness total price-over £250 per bike-then they will break again.

Save £££'s and make your kit look miles better and safer! Brand new precision made alloy guard to protect plastic panels on Silverline and Next Gen models Life Cycles. The original panels will break when users stand on the panels. These plastic panels cost over £180 from Life Fitness  to repair plus fitting ( and they will break again). 20-20 Fitness have designed these guards to cover existing cracks and holes and strengthen the original panels to help prevent this happening again.
